DAY 1: Reception at Cusco Airport

Our staff will welcome you, assist with your transfer, and help with your hotel check-in. Then, they'll provide information about tourist spots in the city such as restaurants, shops, currency exchange houses, traditional markets, acclimatization tips, and a city map.

DAY 2: Sacred Valley of the Incas (Pisac - lunch in Urubamba - Ollantaytambo) and Aguas Calientes.

We will visit the Pisac archaeological park, have a buffet lunch in Urubamba, and finally visit the archaeological center of Ollantaytambo. Then, we'll board the train from Ollantaytambo station to the town of Aguas Calientes. Our staff will be waiting to take you to your hotel and provide your Machu Picchu visit schedule.

DAY 3: Machu Picchu Visit with Private Guide / Overnight in Cusco

We'll start the tour at the Machu Picchu citadel accompanied by a guide to learn its history. After the tour, you'll have free time to explore and rest. Later, we'll descend back to the town of Aguas Calientes, then return to the city of Cusco.

DAY 1: Reception at Cusco Airport

Our staff will welcome you, assist with your transfer, and help with your hotel check-in. Then, they'll provide information about tourist spots in the city such as restaurants, shops, currency exchange houses, traditional markets, acclimatization tips, and a city map.

We recommend having a Coca tea or Muña tea at the hotel to help you adapt to the altitude of Cusco, which is at 3400 meters above sea level. Rest for a few hours, then take a leisurely walk in the afternoon, followed by light meals and gentle walks.

DAY 2: Sacred Valley of the Incas (Pisac - lunch in Urubamba - Ollantaytambo) and Aguas Calientes.

We'll start the tour to the sacred valley by visiting the Pisac Archaeological Center, where you can see Inca terraces used for cultivating various Andean products. Upon returning through the city of Pisac, you'll visit the Pisac Craft Market, where you can shop. Then, we'll head back to Cusco for a delightful lunch before visiting the Ollantaytambo archaeological center, an impressive Inca construction, concluding our tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We'll board the train from Ollantaytambo station to the town of Aguas Calientes. Our team will be waiting to take you to your hotel and provide your Machu Picchu briefing.

Observation: We recommend bringing only a backpack with clothes for both cold and warm weather for the journey, personal accessories, documents, hats, and sunscreen. Large suitcases can be left in the hotel storage in Cusco.

DAY 3: Machu Picchu Visit with Private Guide - Cusco

Our much-awaited day has arrived; we will visit the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the wonders of the modern world. Our team will take you to the tourist bus station, which will drop you off at the entrance to Machu Picchu. You'll begin the tour of Machu Picchu accompanied by a guide to learn its history. After the tour, you'll have free time to explore and rest. Later, we'll descend back to the town of Aguas Calientes, then return to the city of Cusco. Upon arriving at Ollantaytambo station, our team will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.

DAY 4: Transfer to Cusco Airport

Our transfer will take you to the airport, where you'll proceed with your check-in.

Observation: It is recommended to leave about 2 hours before your flight.

  • Cusco: Check-in time is at 10 am | Check-out time is at 9 am.
  • Aguas Calientes: Check-in time is at 9 am | Check-out time is at 10 am.

 

Tip:

If your flight departs in the afternoon, take advantage of the morning to visit the city's museums included in the tourist ticket, such as the Regional Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Qoricancha Museum, and the Museum of Popular Art.
