DAY 1: Reception at Cusco Airport

Our staff will welcome you, assist with your transfer, and help with your hotel check-in. Then, we'll provide information about tourist spots in the city such as restaurants, shops, currency exchange houses, traditional markets, acclimatization tips, and a city map.

DAY 2: City Visit and Archaeological City Tour

We will visit the archaeological parks of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay.

DAY 3: Sacred Valley of the Incas (Pisac - lunch in Urubamba - Ollantaytambo) and Aguas Calientes.

We will explore the Pisac archaeological park, have a buffet lunch in Urubamba, and finally visit the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo. Then, we'll board the train from Ollantaytambo station to the town of Aguas Calientes. Our staff will be waiting to take you to your hotel and then provide your Machu Picchu visit schedule.

DAY 4: Machu Picchu Visit with Private Guide - Cusco.

You'll start the tour of Machu Picchu accompanied by a guide to learn about its history. After the tour, you'll have free time to explore and rest. Later, we'll descend back to the town of Aguas Calientes, and return to the city of Cusco.

DAY 5: Transfer to Cusco Airport

Our transfer will take you to the airport 2 hours before your flight.

DAY 1: Reception at Cusco Airport

Our team will welcome you, assist with your transfer, and help with your hotel check-in. Then, we'll provide information about tourist spots in the city such as restaurants, shops, currency exchange houses, traditional markets, acclimatization tips, and a city map.

We recommend having a Coca tea or Muña tea at the hotel to help you acclimate to the altitude of Cusco, which is at 3400 meters above sea level. Rest for a few hours, then take a leisurely walk in the afternoon, have light meals, and engage in mild walks.

DAY 2: City Visit and Archaeological City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.

From 08:00 to 08:30 am, we'll start the visit to the archaeological parks (Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay).

From 03:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m., our first outing in the city of Cusco, where you'll explore the historic center and local attractions.

Optional: The tourist ticket includes entry to a music and dance presentation from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early at the Centro de Arte Nativo Qosqo located on Av. El Sol.

DAY 3: Sacred Valley of the Incas (Pisac - lunch in Cusco - Ollantaytambo) and Aguas Calientes.

We'll start the tour to the sacred valley by visiting the Pisac Archaeological Center, where you'll see Inca terraces used for cultivating various Andean products. On the way back through the city of Pisac, you'll visit the Pisac Artisan Market. Afterward, we'll head to Cusco for a delicious lunch and then have a visit to the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, an impressive Inca construction, thus concluding the tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We'll board the train from Ollantaytambo station to the town of Aguas Calientes. Our team will be waiting to take you to your hotel and provide your briefing (Machu Picchu visit schedule).

Observation: We recommend bringing only a backpack with clothes for both cold and hot weather for the trip, along with personal accessories, documents, hats, and sunscreen. Large suitcases can be left in the hotel storage in Cusco.

DAY 4: Machu Picchu Visit with Private Guide - Cusco.

The awaited day has arrived; we'll visit the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the wonders of the modern world.

Our team will take you to the bus station, which will take you in 30 minutes to the entrance of Machu Picchu. You'll begin the tour of Machu Picchu accompanied by a guide to learn about its history. After the tour, you'll have free time to explore and rest. Later, we'll descend back to the town of Aguas Calientes, and return to the city of Cusco. Upon arriving at Ollantaytambo or Poroy station near Cusco, our team will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.

Tip:

If your flight departs in the afternoon, take advantage of the morning to visit the city's museums included in the tourist ticket, such as the Regional Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Qoricancha Museum, and the Museum of Popular Art.
