DAY 1: Reception at Cusco Airport.

DAY 2: Archaeological City Tour in Cusco

DAY 1: Reception at Cusco Airport.
Our team will welcome you, transfer you, and assist with your check-in at the Hotel, then provide information about tourist spots in the city such as restaurants, shops, currency exchange houses, traditional markets, acclimatization tips, and a city map.
We recommend having a Coca tea or Muña tea at the hotel to help you adjust to the altitude of Cusco, which stands at 3400 meters above sea level. Rest for a few hours before going out for an afternoon walk. Have light meals and gentle walks.

DAY 2: Archaeological City Tour in Cusco.
Breakfast at the hotel.
08:00 am- 08:30 am We will start the visit to the archaeological parks (Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puka pukara, and Tambomachay).
03:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. Our first outing in the city of Cusco, you will explore the historic center and local attractions.
Optional: The tourist ticket includes entry to a music and dance presentation from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early at the Centro de Arte Nativo Qosqo located on Av. El sol.

DAY 3: Hike to the 7 Lakes of Ausangate (Private Service)
Breakfast at the hotel.
We start early, our team will pick you up at your hotel and we will head to Pacchanta. We will walk for 3 hours, enjoying scenic beauty, rivers, and valleys.
We will appreciate several turquoise, emerald, and blue-colored lagoons, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. After visiting the 7 lakes, we return to Pacchanta for lunch. You can also take advantage of the hot springs to relax after the trekking, then return to Cusco.

DAY 4: Sacred Valley of the Incas and Aguas Calientes
We start the tour to the Sacred Valley visiting the Pisac Archaeological Center, where you can observe Inca terraces used for the cultivation of various Andean products. On the way back through Pisac town, you will visit the Pisac Craft Market, where you can shop. Then we will head back to Cusco to enjoy our delicious lunch and later visit the archaeological center of Ollantaytambo, an impressive Inca construction, concluding the tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will board the train from Ollantaytambo station to the town of Aguas Calientes. Our team will be waiting to take you to your hotel and then provide a briefing (schedule for the Machu Picchu visit).
Note: We recommend taking only a backpack with clothes for both cold and warm weather for the outbound and return trips, along with accessories, equipment, documents, hats, sunscreen. Large suitcases can be left in the storage room at the Cusco hotel.

DAY 5: Machu Picchu - Cusco
Our long-awaited day has arrived, we will visit the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the wonders of the modern world.
Our team will take you to the bus station, which will take you in 30 minutes to the entrance of Machu Picchu. You will start the tour of the Machu Picchu citadel accompanied by a guide to learn about its history. After the tour, you will have free time to explore, rest. Later, we will descend back to the town of Aguas Calientes to return to the Ollantaytambo or Poroy station, where our team will be waiting to take you to your hotel in Cusco.

DAY 6: Quad Bikes in Salineras and Moray
Breakfast at the hotel.
At 8:00 a.m. we will pick you up at your hotel, then we will go to Cruzpata where the quad bikes are waiting for us. After a brief training, we will depart with a guide leading the way to the town of Maras and then to the Moray Archaeological Site, a great example of Inca engineering. This famous structure was used as an agricultural laboratory. After an explanation from the guide, we will continue to the town of Maras, where the Maras Salt Mines are located. After finishing the tour, we will return to the city of Cusco.

DAY 7: Hike to the Mountain of 7 Colors and the Red Valley
Today we will start very early to the town of Cusipata where you will have your breakfast, then start the 3.5 km hike that offers a spectacular landscape towards the mountain of colors, which is at 5200 m. above sea level. We will contemplate the mountain and upon our return, lunch will be waiting for us, and then we will return to Cusco.
Note: This tour requires good physical preparation. Hiking at high altitude and low temperature. There is the option to rent horses for part of the route. This can be done on-site.

DAY 8: Transfer to Cusco Airport

Suggestion:
If your flight departs in the afternoon, take advantage of the morning to visit the city's museums included in the tourist ticket such as: the Regional Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Qoricancha Museum, and the Museum of Popular Art.
